Vintage Early 1980s Campagnolo Super Record Groupset. Ive had this set for a few years, and have always deemed it too nice to use on a bike! So I had an old wooden box converted to keep it all in. It all came from the same bike, and I believe it all to be from 1984 (with the exception of Chainset which dates to 1981). Ive done my best to identify the components, Im sure theres some more knowledgable Campagnolo experts out there who may correct me if theres anything not quite correct. Its all in near mint condition, and would only be bettered by new old stock items. BB: 1046/A Nuovo / Super Record Strada – 70-SS (292g) (can supply a 68-SS axle if required instead). Headset: 4041 Super Record (136g). Chainset: 1049/A Super Record Pantographed 52/45 (dated 1981). Pedals: Record Strada Superleggeri 1037/A (330g). Straps: Binda with blue Campagnolo ends. Hubs: Nuovo record small flange (rear dated 1984 – front not dated). Shifters: Record (new in unopened packet). Brake levers: 4062 Super Record (226g). Brake Callipers: 4061 Super Record (376g). Rear Derailleur: 4001 Super Record (190g). Front Derailleur: 1052/SR Super Record – Braze On (94g). Seatpost: 4051/1, Nuovo Super Record 27.2 (213g). I can supply a brand new old stock Sedisport Gold chain if required (price would depend on what Im offered for the set), have got various freewheels I could also include if needed.
