It is true time capsule found years ago hanging in the Italian shed. Almost unused, but unfortunately not stored properly. Thus some paint chips and scratched present and artifical oxidation of some parts. Patina on this bicycle is simply stunning! Tubing is Columbus SL. Equipped with date correct Campagnolo Record 1973 groupset with some upgrades – Campagnolo Super Record flutted seat post and 50th anniversary freewheel. Pantoed chainring is true icing on the cake.. There is no serial number on the dropouts / Brev. Present Colnago bicycle is in very good condition. It has just some small scratches here and there. Three small artifical rust spots on the frame. Frameset is straight and true, structurally sound. Paint job is legendary orange metallic paint, very shiny. Needs proper clean up. All transfers and stickers are genuine. No repaint or restoration, even touch ups. Not cleaned properly yet, displayed as found. Oxidation on brakes, skewers. Tubs original but cracked – need to be replaced. Bend Cinelli crest logo handlebars.
