Ultimate Eroica race wheelset built by Jonny Noble now Noble Wheels fame back in 2012 out of new old stock components. L 280g alloy sprint rims in anodised grey finish. Campagnolo Record large flange 28H hubset. Sapim stainless DB spokes tied and soldered in the rear wheel to further aid stiffness for sprinting. Campagnolo 50th Anniversary Super Record titanium and duralumin 7spd block 14-23 which would have been considered a climbers set up back in the day. Again all the above are new old stock items dating from early to mid 80s and are now extremely rare. Mavic Gel rims if you can find them are often only now available in 36h variant. These are the rarest 28h set and hence why I built them up with large flange Record hubs so as to not sacrifice lateral stiffness for rotating inertia.
