For sale here is a thing of beauty, a true gem, the rarest, the coolest Cinelli Super Corsa 1982/1983. This is the last generation of Super Corsas made with Cino Cinelli as the head of the company, also the last with the 3 dots in all of the lugs and last with that iconic 26,2mm seatpost. At the time there were about 600 of these made per year, each one being handmade with the option of any color desired by the costumer. Out of all the bikes i have owned and seen, i can easily say this one is in my top 3, a real beauty. All the chrome is still perfect, no dents, no rust, the patina on it is simply amazing. In a way its a shame the cromovelato paint has not survived but on the other hand it really makes the bike stand out. I tought about stripping the paint and having the bike all chrome or repainting it but i really think its better this way. The bike comes with a full Campagnolo Super Record groupset , with all the bits in great condition, no real dings or scratches. Same goes for the handlebars and stem, both are Cinelli, the handlebars even have the old Cinelli logo with the crest, another special detail. Whats also special about it is the serial number, its a 222 bike made that year, not a big deal to many, but for a collector, its a nice little detail. If you do want the bikes paint stripped, repainted and restickered, i can do that for you, for an extra 150 eur, as it does not need rechroming.
