Vintage, new old stock, Campagnolo Super Record brake levers with gum hoods. Early / mid eighties model. New, never mounted or ridden, might have some very slight storage markings. Cable routing is non aero. One of the hoods has a tear in it, see picture 3, but the hoods are not dried out so this can probably be superglued back.
