A wonderful item from the Golden Velo Vintage Vault – great restoration item for late 70’s through 80’s bikes. A lovely find – a Campagnolo Super Record Italian bottom bracket NOS in the box complete. It’s the type 2 version (nutted) and is 115mm for post CPSC Campagnolo NR/SR double cranks (small buldge). The spindle is titanium of course, and the cups are lovely aluminum alloy. We noticed the cups on this one are cleaner than those we often see on other NOS packaged bottom brackets. There is some staining from where we rubbed off some factory cosmoline on the spindle races (kinda common on NOS parts) but the races are smooth as they left the factory and just waiting for installation into a top tier Italian threaded frame. You get the exact bottom bracket shown in the photos. The box is only in so-so shape and has had one of it’s flaps tapped up. This part is perfect for lover of Campagnolo, Cinelli, Masi, Hetchins, Schwinn Paramount, or Richard Sachs bicycles. Our internal code 3045-C.
