This part has been overhauled but there are some obvious problems : one of the jockey wheels is cracked and needs replacement (or some clever way to repair it), there is also some chain rub on the inner plate from misalignment, and some lateral play of the derailleur mostly coming from the upper body pivot bolt (titanium bolt).
