This is a used Bianchi pantographed Campagnolo Super Record 53 tooth road chainring with Patent stamping. It’s from the late 1970s to early 1980s. The ring is clean. The teeth look pretty nice with moderate wear. The chain pin was removed at some point. It won’t affect performance.
