It is not new, there are a few signs of use like fine scratches and marks on the 2 crankarms. There is no crack where the arm meets the spider (as often seen on other cranks). The chainrings have 53 and 42 teeth. The large one is Campagnolo, the small one unbranded. Both chainrings are excellent and show only minor wear to the chainring teeth. Definitely very low milage. Including Campagnolo bottom bracket screws. The crankset is 170mm.
